Yoga with Bryony

Bryony is a nomadic spirit who’s journey through yoga has been a life-long practice of self-inquiry.

Having been practising since her early teenage years – she feels that yoga found her. It brought her out of an unstable time in her body and mind, so her relationship with the tradition runs deep.
Since then it has continued to accompany her on her path through life, now become her guiding light as a teacher.

Her’s has been an in-depth study, having completed two 200 hour trainings, and various other specialist courses – including the internationally acclaimed ‘Womb Yoga – Well Woman Yoga Therapy’ course with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli – Author of ‘Yoni Shakti’.

A firm believer that we are each the weaver of our own reality, within her classes she draws on her experiences from her travels through the Americas and time living in Asia, underlined by her detailed trainings with senoir teachers from the UK and USA.

Bryony intelligently sequences her classes to enable her students to move deeper into the Asana whilst focusing the mind. She teaches in a way that invites self-inquiry, allowing students to explore in a safe, methodical and thoughtful way – offering an experience that honours the relationship to the yoga tradition, whilst being both creative and truly playful. Her classes are accessible, giving a purposeful and mindful sequence that guides people into their own experience at a pace and level appropriate for them.

Her time recently spent in South America, and on her second 200 Hour YTT in Peru – brought her back to the importance of holding a safe and sacred space for students. Living life as ceremony, she discovered further practices and principles for holding Women’s Circles, Agni Hotra (Fire Ceremony), Cacao Ceremony whilst also receiving her Reiki Attunement and Rite of the Womb (Munay-Ki Rites). The combination of these practices allows her to integrate through classes and workshops, alternative and nourishing methods for students to discover their own medicine through movement, mudra, mantra, mythwork and magic.

She welcomes you with open arms, a warm heart and a courageous smile.
